We Offer Free, In-Home Flooring and Carpet Measurements
When it comes to measurements for a flooring or carpet renovation, there are two types of flooring jobs:
1. Single-room projects:
One-room jobs are fairly straightforward. Simply use a tape measure to determine the longest part of your room and the widest part of your room. Bring in your dimensions, and we will give you a quote for the product of your choosing, any necessary padding, and installation labor.
2. Larger projects involving multiple rooms, hallways, and/or stairs:
For these jobs, fill out our easy online measurement request form below or give us a call at (724)-935-4600. We will contact you about coming to your home or business to perform a measurement.
Please note: this appointment is for a measurement only. Samples will not be provided at the measurement, and you will need to come into the Floor Concepts showroom either before or after the measurement to meet with our flooring experts and pick out your flooring or carpet of choice. Once the measurement data is collected and you have selected your flooring or carpet, we will be able to provide a cost estimate for your project.

Preparing for Your In-Home Measurement: FAQs
You’ve scheduled your free in-home measurement – now what? Here are some common questions and answers to help you prepare for your in-home measurement.
On the date of your in-home measurement, one of our team members will arrive at your home or property to measure the space. We’ll take complete measurements of your home or areas of interest, including any odd or tight areas.
Currently we do not provide in-home shopping services. If you’d like to visualize some of our products in your space, please browse using our on-site widget (lower right-hand corner of your screen) that will allow you to visualize products from Bruce, Dreamweaver, Shaw, COREtec, and more vendors in your home.

Flooring estimates are calculated based on the area of measurement as well as the flooring selected by the customer. After we have performed your measurement (or you have provided the measurement details, for smaller spaces or projects), you will need to come into our showroom to browse our products and select your flooring of choice to get a final product estimate.
Although we cannot provide estimates immediately upon measuring, we are happy to answer any questions you may have or chat with you about what you are looking for. Our goal is to make the flooring shopping process as seamless and stress-free for you as possible.
